Martin Lowery
Martin has been immersed in the design and construction business since 1979. His career has seen him working within and managing construction companies, directing master planning and development teams, and assisting clients with major capital programmes including project formation. His expertise includes development strategy, commercial structuring, organisation, governance, controls, project and construction management.

Martin is a capable team leader, problem solver and commercial thinker. He manages a company providing some of the most practical, high quality project management services in New Zealand and is experienced in most property asset types including health and aged care, retail, industrial, tourism, infrastructure, education, civic, and office buildings.

Simon Mrkusic

Simon is a registered Architect with over twenty five years of international architectural, planning and project management experience, from master planning a new city in the UAE, designing and building corporate campuses for some of the largest enterprises in the world, to managing capital projects in New Zealand.

He has undertaken projects in a dozen countries and has been widely exposed to the multi-dimensional needs of corporate clients and technology / research intensive industries. Since joining Pragmatix in 2004, he has project managed a variety of local greenfield and brownfield projects in various sectors and acted as Auckland Council’s Independent Reviewer for the Vector Arena.

Simon is a member of Auckland Council’s Urban Design Panel, Property Council of New Zealand, NZIA, IoD and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional. His projects have received architectural, interior design and environmental awards internationally.

Tony Webb

Tony has worked within the construction industry in contracting and consulting for over 23 years. During this period Tony has fulfilled a number of senior roles on a  wide variety of projects giving him a detailed understanding of the Construction  Industry. In recent years he has specialised in complex and high value projects within New Zealand. Tony has worked on major construction projects in a number of  countries, effectively overcoming cultural, language and logistical issues in delivering successful projects for his clients.

Through his senior roles, Tony brings strong leadership, communication, financial,  programming, process and risk management skills to his projects. Due to his broad  background and detailed understanding Tony is able to effectively bridge the gap  between owner, design and construction teams, and facilitate positive outcomes for all parties.

Mark Sigglekow
Senior Project Manager

As well as being one of New Zealand’s most experienced project managers, Mark is a Chartered Professional Engineer, and teaches Property Development at the University of Auckland. His wide ranging project experience qualifies him to work with exceptional effectiveness across most property asset types including industrial, commercial office and fitout, retail, residential, community, health, tourism (hotels and airports), infrastructure including roads and utilities.

Mark is a strong, disciplined, perceptive project manager. In 2009 he was honoured by being made the University of Auckland’s ‘Property Person of the Year’ for his contribution to the industry.

She has over 15 years' experience in a wide-range of sectors and contract types; including energy, industrial, roading and social infrastructure, for both public and private sector clients and under PPP, Alliance, ECI and D&C arrangements. She has experience in setting strategic vision, asking challenging questions, looking for areas of improvement, managing a wide range of options and opinions to reach common project objectives and facilitating the achievement of those objectives. Jeff is a graduate in Quantity Surveying, he is Green Star accredited and gained his expertise in project management over a period of 25 years, managing projects in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Jeff’s passion for the construction industry enables him to add value to construction processes with the interests and expectations of clients at the forefront.

Two of Jeff’s career highlights include the completion of The Quadrant Hotel and Complex in Auckland - this project won the excellence and design awards in 2006 and 2007; and The Westin Lighter Quay in Auckland (now the Sofitel). Apart from hotels, other projects include luxury apartments, health, mixed commercial, education, office blocks, airport fire stations and retail projects.

Jeff adds value to the property development process and the challenges that come with any project. Abhishek Sarkar

Abhishek is a tertiary qualified project manager with 12 years technical and business experience working with multinationals within the international property and infrastructure sectors; a career encompassing New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and other international markets. He has a background in Civil & Environmental engineering and has experience in translating high level business goals into enterprise-led property projects.

He has a proven track record in the delivery of large, multi-disciplinary building and construction projects using NZS3910, FIDIC, NEC, SIA and other forms of contract. Denis Snelgar has over 20 years of management experience including 10 years as CEO of two large, complex organisations; Waitemata DHB and Northland Polytechnic. In the last fifteen years his focus has moved to being a leadership and vision consultant for a broad range of individuals, teams and organisations. He has a broad range of analytical, strategic, interpersonal and leadership skills essential to empowering individuals, teams and organisations to make a constructive impact.

Denis worked for a leading New York global management consulting company JMW Consulting, providing leadership services to Fortune 500 companies around the globe to achieve extraordinary performance. Upon his return to NZ, Denis worked as a consultant bringing contemporary leadership practices to a wide range of organisations; from publicly listed to Not-For-Profits, including Laerdal, APG & Co, Smith & Nephew, BNZ, Golden Bay Cement, United Group, NZIOB, NZ Property Council, Bendon, Ag Research, Servilles, Kathmandu, Eagle Technology, Te Runanga o Ngati Whatua, Te Runanga o Te Rarawa.

Denis has wide governance experience and currently chairs boards in aged care - Beetham Lifestyle Village, business advisory - Advisory.Works and Te Puna Manawa/HealthWEST - a Maori Health and Social Services Trust. He is also is an investor in technology companies and a mentor/judge of start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures at the University of Auckland.

Denis has a degree in economics and philosophy as well as a post-graduate business and teaching qualifications.
